A typical engagement is structured over 10–14 weeks, broken into 3 clear phases—each one blending strategic rigor with a human-centered, high-EQ approach.

🧩 Phase 1: Discovery & Diagnostic

Weeks 1–3
Objective: Gain clarity on the current state and uncover the root causes of organizational friction.

Deliverables:

Weeks 4–8

  • Strategic workforce plan (current-to-future state mapping)
